About

would have never imagined that I would start a small business dedicated to embroidery, but I wouldn’t have it any other way:)

I’m a 24 year old embroidery artist. I live on a farm and raise babydoll sheep, Nigerian dwarf and boer goats, and I have 3 cats and 1 dog. My favorite hobbies are journaling, crocheting, and going on walks.

Here is a short story of how I decided to start this business:

In my second semester of college, January 2018, I took an adulting class with my friend. While preparing for a presentation where I was going to teach the class how to sew, me and my friend sat in my dorm room and we stitched our names on fabric using basic sewing techniques. Ever since then I became intrigued with the idea of stitching on fabric. During the summer, I learned more about embroidery and practiced stitches on my own. It was not only therapeutic for me, but it also fascinated me to be able to create something so beautiful with just fabric and thread.

When I started my business, I was going through a difficult process leaving college and not knowing what next step to take. I found myself asking God why I’m where I’m at and just wishing I was somewhere else or doing better things. There is fear and doubt that comes with taking a different direction. I wanted my shop to reflect my journey. My message to others including myself is have faith like a mustard seed (Luke 17:6). God can do something so much from faith as small as a mustard seed. Whenever I add a new product or send out an order, that’s like my mustard seed. I have faith God will grow that seed into something bigger. If you feel like you’re not where you’d like to be, or not doing as well as you’d want, keep trusting the Lord. Don’t discourage the small faith you have.

My goal is to encourage others through my work even in the midst of painful or happy moments in life. Your support means so much to me, thank you for joining me on this journey! - Jessica
